My Story
I discovered Art Journaling fifteen years ago. At the time I was a single mum with a little one. I found myself home alone. While my daughter slept I began to explore the online world of mixed media and art journaling. Combining art and words came naturally to me, I was able to explore my thinking and creativity with no pressure to pursue a perfect outcome. I realised knowing my thoughts was the first step in having power over them and creating the life I wanted. I went on to paint a series of hearts centred on affirmations. I then began to offer a series of creative workshops in my home studio.
